El Album Verde, tributo reggae a The Beatles se grabó en los estudios Afro de Lanús, entre los meses de julio a diciembre de 2005 en un clima absolutamente distendido. El fin de la obra es que ambos públicos, los del género reggae como así también los amantes de los Beatles se conozcan entre si. El disco, como idea principal iba a ser solo con bandas nacionales, pero en poco tiempo pasó a ser internacional. A las mejores bandas del ámbito local: Mimi Maura, Dancing Mood, Nonpalidece, Resistencia Suburbana, Holy Piby, Fidel Nadal, etc. se le sumaron grandes figuras del exterior, tal el caso de los mismísimos Skatalites de Jamaica (banda creadora del genero ska, la primer banda de Bob Marley), Gondwana de Chile, Planta & Raiz de Brasil, ambas son las más representativas del reggae en sus respectivos países, Pushin (Costa rica reggae all stars) de Costa Rica y Antidoping de México. Los temas elegidos y sus versiones son muy variados dentro de los subgéneros que existen dentro del reggae, cada banda eligió su tema y aplicó su propio estilo para versionarlo. La producción artística estuvo a cargo de Hernán Sforzini (percusión de Holy Piby), la producción ejecutiva a cargo de Maximiliano Garizzio y el arte y diseño web lo llevó a cabo León Gonzáles para Ovnibus96 (digipack con un libro de 18 páginas). El técnico de grabación, mezcla y masterización fue Nicolás Bernal y como asistentes de grabación estuvieron: Ignacio Sar, Diego Hilal y Martín Loiseau, las fotos estuvieron a cargo de Mafe, Marina Fages, Santiago Candelmo y Facundo Sosa. El arte digital y track interactivo corrió por cuenta de Maldito Maus.
